Paul Godfrey serves as Chair of the Board at Bragg. He is the Executive Chairman of Postmedia Network, a Canadian news media company representing more than 125 brands across multiple print, online and mobile platforms. Paul has previously served as a Councillor, Alderman and Metropolitan Council Chairman in the city of Toronto, as CEO of the Toronto Sun newspaper, CEO of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club and Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Lara Falzon has served as CFO in both the B2C and B2B iGaming sectors, for both public companies and fast-growing startups. Having more than 10 years’ experience in strategic roles, most recently as the Group Commercial CFO of leading online slots developer NetEnt, Lara was instrumental in selling the business to Evolution Gaming. Prior to this role Lara was the Group CFO of Red Tiger Gaming.

Ronen Kannor has served as CFO since May 2020 and has over 18 years of experience in financial management roles within online gaming and real estate. Most recently, Ronen served as CFO at Stride Gaming Plc, where he led its reorganization and initial public offering. Moreover, Ronen was involved in numerous acquisition transactions and was pivotal in the sale of Stride to Rank Plc in 2019.

Peter Lavric joined ORYX Gaming in 2010 and has served as CTO since September 2013. He holds over 15 years’ experience in the gaming industry. As CTO at Bragg he is responsible for the product and technology stack. Prior to joining Oryx as a consultant technical product manager, Peter developed scalable solutions for the electric power and news industries.

Chris Looney was appointed CCO in May 2021. Previously Chris spent almost nine years in the commercial arm of online games and technology developer Microgaming before moving on to take the role of Commercial Director at slots developer Red Tiger Gaming in 2018, a position he held until his move to Bragg.

Yaniv Spielberg co-founded Bragg and serves as CSO. A lawyer and tech entrepreneur, Yaniv was part of the team that completed the reverse merger that established Bragg Gaming Group in 2018. Prior to founding Bragg, Yaniv was a founding member of a private equity fund, Legacy Eight Group, that focused on acquiring and operating global online gaming companies.

Doug Fallon joined as Group Director of Content when in June 2021 Bragg acquired Wild Streak Gaming, a premium slots studio founded by Doug in 2015. With over 20 years’ experience in the gaming industry, Doug's background includes over ten years' experience at Aristrocrat Technologies including in global marketing as VP Global Games Marketing, in game design as VP Creative Direction and in product design and management as VP Global Core Games.

Paul Pathak has been a partner of Chitiz Pathak LLP since 1996, a Toronto-based law firm serving clients in the securities and investment industries. Paul practices principally in the areas of corporate and commercial law, securities law and mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as a director of JPJ PLC (LSE), The Intertain Group Limited (TSX) and Wayland Group Corp. (TSXV).

Rob Godfrey is the President of Brown Lab Industries Inc. and oversees two portfolio companies: Qwatro USA and UrbanDog Holdings. Ron has previously served as Senior Vice President of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club, President of the Toronto Phantoms Arena Football Team and Associate at TD Securities, and audit committee member of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Holly Gagnon is Co-CEO and Chair of Artemis Strategic Investment Corporation. She is the President of HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting and is a Senior Strategic Advisor for the Spectrum Gaming Group. She has served as CEO of the Seneca Gaming Corporation, Chumash Enterprises for the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, Pearl River Resort in Mississippi, and previously held key financial and operational roles with Caesars Entertainment Corporation, MGM Resorts International and Harrah’s Entertainment Inc.

Since 2017, Alex Spiro has served as a partner at Quinn Emanuel, a law firm specializing in litigation matters. Between 2013 and 2017 Alex was an attorney with the law firm of Brafman & Associates, and between 2008 and 2013, he served as an assistant district attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Alex has served as a board member of: Bluma, since 2020; Glassbridge Enterprises, since 2015; and Arrive, a private equity venture with Glassbridge Enterprises in partnership with Primary Venture Partners and Roc Nation, since 2017.

Matevž Mazij founded ORYX Gaming in Slovenia in 2010 after eight years working in international business development, sales, marketing and IT roles with a number of online and land-based gaming companies. Through these roles, Matevž built business relationships throughout Asia, Europe, Central America and North America. He built ORYX into a leading full-turnkey iGaming technology supplier, which was acquired by Bragg in 2018.
